*Residential equipment= normal mowers, tractors, push mowers, tillers and zero turns that a homeowner or average person will have.  **service in home or in shop**

*Commercial equipment= heavy duty zero turns, tractors & equipment that a contractor, mowing service or farm will have.  ***MUST COME TO SHOP***

*Notes: If your equipment has (or ever had) a ROPS, diesel engine, or heavy fabricated deck, it is considered commercial. This type of equipment is more complicated, heavier built, often using specialized parts and are more expensive, "AND I UNDERSTAND" that many with this type of equipment depend on it every day, often to make their living! As a result, I am very meticulous in the replacement parts I choose and will take extra care in my service and testing of this equipment, thus a higher labor rate.

More notes: I am NOT in the business to get "rich", however, anyone that has ever had a business will know there are a lot of hands after a piece of the pie, and for it to be worthwhile to offer my services, I MUST be able to make a decent living. Unfortunately, those who have " collector, insurance, IRS, electric, state, etc" in their title will get the 1st pieces of the pie, then whatever is left ... well, you get the idea.

Example of an average repair job: OK, so it isn't quite a bad as it sounds, so suppose you drop off your lawn tractor and I spend 45-50 minutes replacing a spindle, belt and set of blades since your son decided to mow on the lowest setting, while texting on his phone and ran over the water meter. I charge you for a $60 spindle, $45 belt and $35 worth of blades, then $45-50 to turn the wrenches. So for less than $200, you get your $3500 Husqvarna running again and NOT allow your son to watch YouTube while mowing and trying to grind down the water meter with your lawn tractor! Oh, so you have a push mower and your daughter filled it with kerosene instead of gasoline? You drop the mower off, 35 or so minutes later your mower carburetor and fuel tank are cleaned and it's running properly! You hand over $35-50 and lecture your daughter on the way home to use the gasoline with that occasional 'death' glare of hers between those important texts! Well, ya get the picture. My prices aren't cheap, but are fair and reasonable and best of all, you don't have to mess with that thing by yourself with skinned knuckles & multiple trips to town after parts!

Don't have time or means to bring it in? I'll come to you! I can pick up and return, or do the work in your driveway in most cases. Yes, it costs more. It takes time and resources to come to your house, so I have to charge a service call like a plumber, or HVAC company. Is it worth it? You decide. Is it worth YOUR time to load that mower, borrow a truck, trailer or have a friend bring it in, then come back later to pick it up? Have more than one item you need serviced? Good news! I can do that all for just one service call charge! Just add parts and additional labor for the 2nd item and problem solved. Major repairs will be picked up.
